HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply enter your order number below, which can be found on your order confirmation or dispatch email. For tracking information to be displayed, please wait until you receive your order confirmation email to give us time to process this information.

HOW DO I DELETE FABRIQUE ACCOUNT?

To permanently delete your Fabrique account:

  1. 1. Go to the Delete Your Account page. If you're not logged into Fabrique on the web, you'll be asked to log in first.
  2. 2. Click or tap Permanently delete my account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

  1. 1. Sign in first
  2. 2. Click your name in the top right corner
  3. 3. Click "Account settings" from the pulldown menu
  4. 4. From the "Account" tab, scroll down to "Password Information"
  5. 5. Click "Edit Password" and then enter your old password
  6. 6. Enter your new password
  7. 7. Confirm your new password
  8. 8. Click "Save"
